2) It's a volunteer work, which means that we will offer you free-of-charge makeover, you will enjoy the makeover moments, we will give you a photoshoot and in return your photo will be published in this website as well as any other of Ourchenta's websites as promoting efforts. Thus, we will not provide you any payment.
3) Please be noted that the makeover modelling is purposedly for our portfolio and also will be used for our marketing and promoting efforts.
4) Besides, you will get free-of-charge participation in any our workshops. (T&C applied) Furthermore, you will be offered to be our model for our products.
5) Why not you grab this opportunity and it might be your first exposure into modelling business.

2. After you have agreed with the terms and conditions, kindly fill in the forms provided below.
3. In the "Information" field, please include these information :-
- Where do you stay / your current hometown
- Your profession
- Your maritial status
4. After you have submitted the form, please send two (2) potrait photos of you to [email protected].
5. Please be noted that all photos sent to us are not returnable and we have exclusive right on all sent photos for our safekeeping.
6. We also have exclusive right on all photos taken during photoshoot with Ourchenta. These photos will be used as our marketing and promoting efforts.
7. You will not be charged for any fee to be the model. ^_^
